JEREMY KAHN
Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy is a seasoned software executive with extensive leadership experience serving Fortune Global 500 companies and major government organizations across Asia and the US. As CEO of Western Technology Alliance, he leads the firm’s work in cloud, data platforms, and applied AI/ML for regulated, mission-critical environments. He is a Pomona College alumnus, attended Sophia University’s Graduate School in Tokyo, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics Program at Harvard Business School, Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
JEROME BRADENBAUGH
Chief Technology Officer
Jerome is a technology leader with deep expertise in software development, AI strategy, and data-driven decision-making. He bridges technical execution with strategic vision, helping clients cultivate an AI-driven culture and navigate digital transformation for a competitive edge. With 20+ years of full-stack experience in coding, data engineering, and machine learning, he has worked across investment management, environmental technology, and manufacturing.
JULIO LUIS ZALDIVAR
Chief Design Officer
Julio has specialized in tailoring user experience and interface design for custom enterprise solutions and applications in private and public sectors with WTA for over two decades. He brings an extensive background in creative & visual story telling, creating workflows & wireframes, conducting user interviews, developing interactive prototypes, as well as leading creative direction & branding for IPs. Julio is a UCLA alumnus and native son to Los Angeles, California.
NAHO AYABE
Chief Financial Officer
Naho Ayabe oversees WTA’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and sustainable growth. A graduate of Keio University and the London School of Economics, she has worked extensively with leading global banks and blue-chip companies, bringing deep expertise in international finance and cross-border management.
JOHN ELKINS
Senior Cloud Engineer & Solutions Architect
John is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and DevOps Professional with over seven years of experience designing and managing secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. At WTA, he leads DevOps and AWS architecture efforts, specializing in CI/CD automation, cost optimization, and compliance-driven cloud engineering for high-performance SaaS platforms.
YOGESH ARJUN KUMAAR
Senior Machine Learning Data Engineer
Yogesh brings deep expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and scalable cloud systems. He’s led AI/ML initiatives at Harvard’s D³ Institute and Amazon Robotics, and holds a Master’s in Enterprise AI from Northeastern University. At WTA, he helps drive innovation across our AI and data platforms. At WTA, Yogesh supports mission‑critical initiatives combining LLMs, generative AI, edge ML, and modern data engineering to deliver innovative enterprise and government‑scale solutions.
ALLISON WALTERS
Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst
Allison is an Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master with deep experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. At WTA, she leads cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven analysis to support high-impact technology initiatives. Her focus on agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and scalable solutions ensures projects stay on track and deliver lasting value.
